The current owner, Velvet Foster has owned the shop since 1998. I welcome you to our new location in the Erickson's Thriftway Plaza (1 block west of our old location).

Our photo studio is not a match to the other flower arrangements but by the time our creations are finished it has come to life, our customers call and tell us.

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays, with the exception of Valentine's Day Holiday of 2010. Our store hours are

 Monday the 8th thru Thursday the 11th -8:00-5:30,

Friday the 12th- 8:00-6:00,

Saturday the 13th- 9:00-5:00,

Sunday the 14th- 9:00-3:00

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We proudly serve and deliver in Bend, Alfalfa, & Tumalo. We deliver to the following funeral homes for free, Niswonger & Reynolds, Deschutes Memorial Chapel, Autumn Funeral Home & Baird Funeral home. We take multiple deliveries runs daily to St. Charles Medical Center and all Retirement/Assisted living facilities.

Our delivery drivers are the best! Our local delivery fee is between $9.00 & $10.95 for each address, addresses outside our local delivery area such as Tumalo will vary between $12.00-$15.00 and Alfalfa $13.00-$20.00 this will vary and in most cases we will call you to notify you.

We require all orders to be recieved by 1:00 ub the recipients time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders recieved after that time are assured for the following day. Give a day notice for a timed delivery guarantee. We will do our very best to accomodate your time requests, in a timely manner please make sure to specify on your order. Weather and other travel conditions do vary and may cause delays. We are not able to deliver on Sundays unless set up with owner/manager ahead of time. Your order will be delivered the next business day. Rural addresses may be called ahead of time to make sure someone is home to recieve their gift. We do not leave deliveries at the site unless conditions permit or permission is granted either by the recipient or the person placing the order. If something is left with permission granted we don't guarantee replacements or refunds. We are unable to except international orders over the interent.

Hospital Deliveries.
We hand deliver each arrangement to patients in regular rooms, Critical and Intensive Care Unit Patients are not allowed to have flowers or plants. We will hold orders and contact the hospital twice a day until they are assigned a regular room, unless you would like your flowers or plants to be deliverd to the family or friends waiting in the waiting room.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
